What types of services do you offer?I specialise in supporting interior designers, stylists, architects, and other creatives with their business admin. My services include client communication, project coordination, inbox and calendar management, document preparation, research, and other administrative tasks that streamline your operations.

How do your packages work?My packages are designed to provide tailored, results-driven support rather than charging by the hour. You choose a package that fits your needs, and I deliver specific outcomes, ensuring you get value from my services.

Can I customise a package to fit my business needs?Absolutely! If you're unsure which package suits you best, we can discuss your needs, and I can tailor a solution to support your business effectively.

How do I get started?We begin with a discovery call to understand your needs. Once we agree on a package, I'll send an agreement and an invoice for the deposit. After that, we'll kick off your support plan.

How do we communicate?I primarily communicate via email, but I'm happy to schedule regular check-ins via Zoom or phone. I also use project management tools if needed to keep tasks on track.

What if I need extra support beyond my package?If you need additional support outside your package, I can provide add-on services or discuss upgrading your package to ensure you're covered.

Do you work on-site or remotely?I work remotely, which allows me to support clients efficiently while keeping costs down. However, if you require occasional in-person assistance (Newcastle-based clients), we can discuss options.
